July 20, 2022 @ 7:00 am - 8:30 am AEST
$40 – $55HOW TO MAXIMISE THE SELLING PRICE OF YOUR BUSINESS
Have you ever thought about selling your business?
Have you ever wondered what your business is worth, and how to put a dollar value on it?
This presentation will give you an insight into what buyers are looking for when they are buying a business, and the practical things you can do to make your business worth more in the lead-up to a sale.
Ian will discuss how tangible and intangible assets, customer goodwill, revenue and profit metrics help establish how much your business may be worth.
Value is in the eye of the beholder, so anything you can do to enhance the perceived value of the business from the buyer’s perspective adds to the eventual sale value.
This is a great presentation for business buyers, as well as sellers of businesses.
